ALBUQUERQUE – On January 24, 2024, at around 9:00 a.m. New Mexico State Police Auto Theft agents with the Crime Suppression Bureau were looking for a vehicle that had been stolen during an armed carjacking the night before. The suspect was later identified as Benjamin Robert Marquez, 31, of Albuquerque.
