The Portales Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Billy Bailey (85) of Portales. He is 6 feet tall, weighing 155 lbs, with brown eyes and bald. He was last seen wearing a short sleeve multicolored western shirt, dark blue jeans, and black boots. Billy was last seen on September 10, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at University Baptist Church on West 15th Street in Portales. His direction of travel is unknown. He was last seen driving a 1997 Tan Ford Ranger bearing New Mexico Plate of DXL-815.
