The Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Rowan Smith (15) who is 6 feet tall, 175 pounds, with brown eyes, and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, and gray shoes. He has a round scar in the middle of his forehead. Rowan was last seen on June 28,2023 at approximately 9:00 a.m. at his residence in Las Cruces, NM.
