The Rio Rancho Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Richard Roble, a Caucasian male, fifty-two years old, 5’4” tall, weighing 165 pounds, with salt and pepper hair, and brown eyes. Mr. Roble was last seen wearing a fuzzy tan jacket and dark pants. Mr. Roble was last seen leaving his residence located on Loma Pinon Loop in Rio Rancho, New Mexico on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at around 7:20 a.m. Mr. Roble is missing and is believed to be in DANGER if not located.
