The Valencia County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in locating Stanley Hicks, 30, of Highland Meadows, NM.  He is described as 5’8”, 140 lbs., with blue eyes and short blonde hair.  He was last seen on February 9, at around 9:00 a.m. on the corner of Central and Girard in Albuquerque, NM.  He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
