The Espanola Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jessie Joe Lucero-Vigil (24) who is 5 feet 4 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes, and brown hair. Jessie was last seen wearing a black, long sleeve hoodie. The last known contact with Jessie was February 2, at around 10:00 a.m. He is believed to be driving a maroon 2014 Jeep bearing New Mexico license plate BLCJ07. His last known location is unknown.
