The Eddy County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for assistance in locating Kyler Fernandez, a 14-year-old-male who is 5’9”, 115 lbs., with brown eyes and long dirty blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a dark red sweatshirt with black polka dots with matching sweatpants, and grey “crocs” shoes. He was last seen at around noon on the 300 block of east Orchard in Carlsbad.
