The Truth or Consequences Police Department is asking for public assistance in locating Kyle Erin Chavez, 36, of Truth or Consequences. She was last seen on October 2nd at around 11:00 p.m. on the 1300 block of North Pershing in Truth or Consequences.
She is believed to be accompanied by Brian Mc Hardie, 30, of Albuquerque. The two are believed to be traveling in a black 2012 Chevy Malibu with a turquoise New Mexico license plate of AZTD53. The Malibu has one headlight out, has damage to the passenger side of the bumper, and has a red teddy bear on top of the rearview mirror. They are possibly headed to Caballo or Socorro, NM.
Kyle Ern Chavez is 5’10”, 178 lbs., with red hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing black shorts, a black shirt, and flip flops. Brian Mc Hardie is 5’9”, 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. His clothing description is not known.
