Santa Rosa, NM – The following is information for the distribution of a Missing Person Advisory by the New Mexico State Police.
The New Mexico State Police is asking for assistance in locating Ernest A. Montoya (36), a Hispanic male, 6’1” tall, weighing 248 pounds, with brown eyes, and bald. Montoya’s last contact with his family was on August 25, 2022, around 2:00 p.m., when he sent a picture of himself near the U.S. and Mexico Border in El Paso, TX. Montoya was last seen wearing a dark gray t-shirt and unknown color shorts or pants. He does have tattoos on his neck area. Ernest A. Montoya is missing and believed to be in danger if not located.
