VCSO is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Michael Kinkade, a 24-year-old-male. He is described as 5’07” tall, weighing 134 lbs. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange and blue Broncos shirt with the #30 on the back and Broncos shorts. He was last seen in the area of Damon Street and Goodman Road in Belen around noon on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
