UPDATE: CANCEL SILVER ALERT – Rio Rancho Police Department – Scott Agrusa has been located and is safe.

The following is information for the distribution of a Silver Alert from the Rio Rancho Police Department. Please refer all media inquiries to the Rio Rancho Police Department at (505) 891-7226.

The Rio Rancho Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Scott Agrusa, a Caucasian male, fifty-eight years old, five-feet-seven-inches-tall, weighing 179 pounds, with grey hair and blue eyes. Mr. Agrusa was last seen wearing a black jacket with a grey patch on the chest, tan cargo pants, black shoes with a white stripe. Mr. Agrusa was last seen around 2:07 a.m., on January 2, 2022, walking away from Presbyterian Rust Medical Center located at 2400 Unser BLVD SE in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Mr. Agrusa is missing and is believed to be in DANGER if not located.
