McKinley County, NM – The following is information for the distribution of a Missing Endangered Person Advisory from the New Mexico State Police.

The New Mexico State Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating John W. Gibson. Gibson is described as a 26-year-old Native American male, 5’9” tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes, and brown hair. He was last seen on foot during the evening of December 12, 2021, at 40 Rose Street in Thoreau, NM. Gibson was last seen wearing a thin grey hoodie and grey tennis shoes. He does have a tattoo of a rose on his body and a tattoo on his wrist and back. His whereabouts and destination are not known. John W. Gibson is MISSING and is believed to be in DANGER if not located.
