UPDATE CANCEL AMBER ALERT. Nicolai Kuznetsov has been located and is safe in Potter County, Texas. Jacqueline Haymon has been taken into custody by Potter the County Sheriff’s Office.
Albuquerque, NM – The following is information for the distribution of an Amber Alert from the New Mexico State Police.
The New Mexico State Police is asking for public assistance in locating Nicolai Kuznetsov, a 10-year-old Caucasian male, 3 ft 10 in tall, weighing approximately 60 pounds, with dirty blond hair and brown eyes. Nicolai hasn’t been seen since November 5, 2021. He is missing and believed to be in danger. He is believed to be with his mother Jacqueline Haymon. On November 18, 2021, a district court judge in Albuquerque issued an emergency custody order, which granted the biological father of Nicolai custody due to the grave concern of the well-being and safety of the child. The court also issued a bench warrant for Jacqueline Haymon’s arrest.
It is unknown what Nicolai is wearing. Jacqueline Haymon is described as a Caucasian female who is 5 ft 4 in tall, weighing 140 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. They are believed to be driving a grey Honda Civic with a New Mexico black chile license plate number AMAP53. Their destination is unknown. Many details are still unknown and under investigation. However, of urgent concern is the whereabouts of Nicolai Kuznetsov.
