Gallup, NM – The following is information for the distribution of a Missing Endangered Juvenile Runaway Advisory from the Gallup Police Department (GPD). Please refer all media inquiries to GPD at (505) 722-2231.

GPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joycelynn Miller, a Native American female, 15-years-old, 5’2” tall, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and dyed red hair. She was last seen on September 29, 2021, around 7:45 a.m., at the Cedar Hills Apartments in Gallup, NM. Miller was last seen wearing all black clothing, a black shirt, black “Dickie” brand jeans, and black “Vans” brand shoes. Miller does have a laceration scar on her left forearm and she is possibly on foot in the Gallup, NM area. Joycelynn Miller is MISSING and is believed to be in DANGER if not located.
