Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Cibola County
Cibola County, NM – On October 16, 2021, at around 5:00 p.m., the New Mexico State Police was alerted to a fatal motorcycle crash on BIA Road 125 near milepost 2, south of Ramah, NM.
The initial investigation indicated that a 2017 Kawasaki motorcycle, being driven by George W. McBeath, 82, of Pinehill, NM left the roadway and crashed. McBeath, who was wearing a helmet, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Alcohol was not a factor in this crash which is under investigation by the New Mexico State Police.
