Loving, NM -The following is information for the distribution of a Silver Alert from the Loving Police Department. Please refer all media inquiries to the Loving Police Department at (575) 616-7155.
The Loving Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joseph Hill a Caucasian male, seventy-one-year-old, six-feet tall, weighing 150 pounds, blue eyes, and grey hair. On Thursday, September 23, 2021, Mr. Hill left the hospital where he was being treated in Van Horn, Texas. On Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at around 4:49 a.m., Mr. Hill’s debit card was used at the Loving Chevron in Loving, New Mexico. Mr. Hill was seen on surveillance video wearing a black sweatshirt, blue shorts, and black tennis shoes. Mr. Hill is driving a white 2020 Honda CRV bearing Arizona license plate CKJ5131. Mr. Hill is missing and is believed to be in DANGER if not located.
