Valencia County, NM – The following is information for the distribution of a Silver Alert from the Valencia County Sheriff’s Office (VCSO). Please refer all media inquiries and questions to VCSO at (505) 865-9130.
VCSO is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Lucy B. Rael. Rael is a 70-year-old Hispanic female, 5’0” tall, weighing 120 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen around 4:00 p.m., on August 23, 2021, leaving 300 Phillips Road in Los Lunas, NM to drive to an Allsup’s store nearby, however Rael did not return. She is believed to be driving a gray GMC Van displaying an unknown New Mexico Disable Veterans license plate. She is possibly in area of El Paso, TX. Rael was last seen wearing a multi-colored blouse and purple pants. Lucy B. Rael is missing and believed to be in danger if not located.
