The Rio Rancho Police Department is searching for Lanita Burdex, 58, of Rio Rancho, NM. She was last seen on July 1, 2021, at around 9:00 p.m. near the intersection of NM State Road 528 and Ridgecrest Dr NE in Rio Rancho. She was walking south towards Albuquerque. Lanita Burdex is described as 5’04 tall, 220 pounds, with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black and grey hooded sweatshirt. She walks around dragging a recycle bin and may have a shopping cart with her.
