SJCSO is searching for Richard M. Brossard, 78, of Bloomfield, NM. He was last seen at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 6775 U.S. Hwy 64 in Bloomfield. He is believed to be traveling in a gray/silver 2004 Toyota Tacoma with a camper shell. The license plate on the Tacoma is a New Mexico Turquoise Centennial Plate of NPF-400. Mr. Brossard is described as a Caucasian male who is 5’11” tall, weighing 180 lbs., with blue eyes and short gray hair. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve brown shirt and Wrangler brand blue jeans. His destination and direction of travel are unknown.
