Taos, NM – The following information is for the distribution of a Silver Alert from the Taos County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO).
TCSO is searching for Jose Federico Montoya, 92, of Taos, NM. He is believed to have left his residence of 722 Kit Carson Rd in a silver 2005 Chevy Colorado around 3:00 a.m. this morning. He is possibly headed to a prior residence at 118 Colombia Street in Las Vegas, NM. Mr. Montoya is described as 5’9” tall, weighing 170 lbs., with brown eyes and white hair. He was last seen wearing a navy-blue t-shirt, blue jeans, and a black and green jacket. The New Mexico license plate on Mr. Montoya’s Chevy Colorado is PNG-677.
