LPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Thalia Carnero. Carnero is an 18-year-old Hispanic female, 5’2” tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black curly hair. She was last seen on April 1, 2021, around 5:00 p.m. at 709 Beech Street in Loving, NM. Carnero was last seen wearing a black sweater with black pants and wearing Nike brand sandals. Carnero does have two tattoos on her left arm “Nic Nac’ and “Thug,Life,Bitch”. Her whereabouts are unknown. Thalia Carnero is missing and believed to be in danger if not located.
