Raton, NM – On July 3, 1989, New Mexico State Police officers discovered the body of a deceased woman at a rest area near Raton, New Mexico. The woman, believed to have been a transient, had no identification, and no missing person reports at the time matched her description. An autopsy later confirmed she died of natural causes.
